Arbi Chips

                                 

In this article, I’ll share how to prepare arbi chips. 

Arbi Chips is a scrumptious North Indian recipe which makes for a great snack that one can have along with their evening tea. The arbi used in this vegetarian snack is baked instead of being fried hence making it a much more healthier option other than deep fried chips available in the market.

Even Arbi Fry Arbi Gravy Curry for rice tastes good. 

Ingredients Required
  • Arbi – 1/2kg
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt – 2tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 2tsp
Preparation
  1. Add arbi into a cooker, add little water and cook for 1 whistle or can be cooked separatley till the layer comes easily
  2. Then remove the layer and chop them like potato fries shape and keep them aside
  3. Add into hot oil for deep fry
  4. Add them into a bowl, add salt and red chilli powder and mix all together
  5. Arbi chips are ready to serve
