Arbi Chips is a scrumptious North Indian recipe which makes for a great snack that one can have along with their evening tea. The arbi used in this vegetarian snack is baked instead of being fried hence making it a much more healthier option other than deep fried chips available in the market.

Ingredients Required
- Arbi – 1/2kg
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt – 2tsp
- Red chilli powder – 2tsp
Preparation
- Add arbi into a cooker, add little water and cook for 1 whistle or can be cooked separatley till the layer comes easily
- Then remove the layer and chop them like potato fries shape and keep them aside
- Add into hot oil for deep fry
- Add them into a bowl, add salt and red chilli powder and mix all together
- Arbi chips are ready to serve
