In this recipe post, I’ll share how to prepare badam milk easy way.
Badam milk is a sweet beverage drink. This is a really delicious drink flavored with ground almonds, cardamom powder. Badam milk can be had hot or cold. In winter, you can have it hot and in summers you can have it chilled.
Soak the almonds overnight or for 7 to 8 hours. Soaking almonds also make them better to digest and increases their nutritive value. Its good to include almonds in the diet as they are rich in vitamin E, protein, essential minerals and are good for the brain and have many health benefits.

Ingredients Required
- Milk – 1/2 litre
- Badam – Handful
- Dry fruits – Chopped cashews, badam, pista
- Turmeric – 1/2tsp
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Soak Handful of badam for overnight
- 8hrs later remove skin of all badam
- Add them into a mixi jar, add 3tsp milk and grind to fine paste
- Add 1/2 litre milk into a pan and boil
- Add sugar and let it dissolve completely
- Add grounded paste and boil milk for 3 more mins
- Turn off the stove and add turmeric(just for colour), You can add saffron powder
- Serve With dry fruits garnished
- Badam milk is ready to serve
