In this article, I’ll share how to prepare carrot manchurian restaurant style.
Actually for veg manchuria we use cabbage, capsicum, carrot finely chopped. But in this manchuria i'm using only grated carrot. This recipe is very easy as we are using grated carrot. Easily balls hold shape so it is easy to prepare and fry the manchurian balls.
In this procedure we get the exact restaurant taste. So lets get into the recipe. I am sharing my Youtube video here so it would be easy for you to follow
Ingredients Required
- Oil for deep fry
- Carrot – 3grated
- Garlic chopped – 3tbsp
- Ginger chopped – 3tbsp
- Green chillies chopped – 3tbsp
- Salt -2tsp
- Pepper powder – 2tsp
- Corn Flour – 2spoons
- Maida – required for the dough consistency
- Coriander leaves
- Soya sauce -1tbsp
- Chilli sauce -1tbsp
- Tomato sauce – 1tbsp
- Vinegar – 1tbsp
Preparation
- Add grated carrot to a mixing bowl
- Add chopped 1 1/2tbspginger, 1 1/2tbsp garlic ,1 1/2 tbspgreen chillies, salt, pepper powder, corn flour, maida required till we can make round balls
- Now prepare balls and keep them aside
- Add them into hot oil for deep fry in medium heat
- Now add 2tbsp oil to a heated pan
- Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, you can add capsicum, cabbage also
- Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and mix
- Add fried balls and mix
- Now add 1tbsp corn flour , water into a bowl and make watery consistency, add into pan and mix
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Restaurant style carrot manchuria is ready to serve
