Ingredients Required
- Chicken Legs – 6
- Salt – 2tsp
- Lemon – 1
- Red chilli powder – 2tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2tsp
- Coriander powder – 1tsp
- Jeera Powder – 1/2tsp
- Garam masala – 1tsp
- Chicken masala – 1/2tsp
- Besan – 2tbsp
- Rice flour – 1tbsp
- Corn flour – 1tbsp
- Curd – 3tbsp
Preparation
- Clean chicken legs once and make slits
- Now add salt and lemon juice and let rest for 15mins
- 15mins later add red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste,coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala,chicken masala , besan, rice flour, corn flour, curd and mix all together
- Rest for 2 to 4hrs
- 4hrs later deep fry them and chicken legs/chicken drumsticks are ready to serve
