Dry Fruit Cake

                                      

In this post, I’ll share how to prepare dry fruit cake. 

This is the easy cake for the very beginners. Very easy process and never fail recipe. Mostly I prepare any variety cakes  in the same process. This is Dry fruit cake prepared with maida. Also I made a cake without sugar, maida, eggs. That is Wheat Flour Jaggery Cake

I have used tutti fruitti (Homemade Tutti Fruitti)also along with dry fruits.

Ingredients Required
  • Eggs – 4 (1cup)
  • Maida – 1 n 1/4cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Oil – 1 cup
  • Baking soda – A pinch
  • Tutti Fruitti
  • Dry Fruits
Preparation
  1. Add eggs, maida, sugar, oil, a pinch of baking soda into a mixi jar and grind to fine paste
  2. Add salt to a cooker and close lid, preheat for 10mins
  3. Meanwhile spread oil, maida in the cake mould and transfer batter into mould
  4. Now spread tutti fruitti, dry fruits of your choice
  5. Add mould to pre heated cooker and bake for 30mins
  6. 30mins later off the stove and leave it for 5min
  7. 5min later de-mould and cut into pieces
