In this post, I’ll share how to prepare dry fruit cake.
This is the easy cake for the very beginners. Very easy process and never fail recipe. Mostly I prepare any variety cakes in the same process. This is Dry fruit cake prepared with maida. Also I made a cake without sugar, maida, eggs. That is Wheat Flour Jaggery Cake.
I have used tutti fruitti (Homemade Tutti Fruitti)also along with dry fruits.

Ingredients Required
- Eggs – 4 (1cup)
- Maida – 1 n 1/4cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Oil – 1 cup
- Baking soda – A pinch
- Tutti Fruitti
- Dry Fruits
Preparation
- Add eggs, maida, sugar, oil, a pinch of baking soda into a mixi jar and grind to fine paste
- Add salt to a cooker and close lid, preheat for 10mins
- Meanwhile spread oil, maida in the cake mould and transfer batter into mould
- Now spread tutti fruitti, dry fruits of your choice
- Add mould to pre heated cooker and bake for 30mins
- 30mins later off the stove and leave it for 5min
- 5min later de-mould and cut into pieces
