Restaurant-style egg biryani made in pressure cooker using basic everyday ingredients like rice, eggs, yogurt, spices, and masala. There are many ways to prepare egg biryani but this is the easy and tasty biryani.

Ingredients Required
- Boiled Eggs – 5
- Onions – 3
- Tomatoes – 2
- Green chillies -3
- Pudina & Coriander leaves – handful
- Bay leaf -2
- Cashews- 5 or 6
- Masala Spices Available
- Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 1/2tbsp
- Jeera Powder -1/4th tbsp
- Biryani Masala – 1/2tbsp
- Red chilli powder -1tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2tbsp
- Salt – 1tbsp
- Turmeric – 1/2tsp
- Curd – 2tbsp
- Basmathi Rice – 2 cups
- Oil-2tbsp
- Ghee -1tbsp
Preparation
- Add 2tbsp oil to a cooker
- Add 3/4th quantity sliced onions and fry for fried onions
- Now add boiled eggs by making holes with fork, add 1/2tsp turmeric, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp red chilli powder
- Fry for 3 to 4mins and keep aside
- Now add a tbsp ghee into cooker
- Add all biryani masala spices available, cashews, ginger garlic paste and fry for 4mins
- Add sliced onions, green chillies, tomatoes
- Close lid and cook till tomatoes are soft
- Now add coriander leaves and pudina and mix
- Add Salt,Red chilli powder,Turmeric,Coriander Powder,Jeera Powder,Biryani Masala,Garam Masala and fry for 3 to 4mins
- Add curd and mix
- For 1 cup rice add 1 and 1/4th cup water , add fried eggs and mix
- Add basmathi rice, fried onions, coriander leaves, pudina and mix all together
- Close lid and cook till 2 whistles
- Now 2 whistles later delicious egg biryani is ready
