Egg fried rice with paneer butter masala

Maybe many have tried egg fried rice and paneer butter masala separately. But this combination tastes great. Once give it a try. You will love A lot. As we are serving with paneer butter masala, fried rice should be less spicy. Then the combo will be very tasty 

And Paneer Butter Masala is the most loved veg recipe in India. It goes well with Chappathi, Roti, Naan, Puri and with Fried rice. Now lets check both fried rice and paneer butter masala recipes. I am sharing my Youtube video here so it would be easy for you to follow.

Ingredients Required

For Egg Fried Rice:

  • Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • Carrot – 2
  • Onion – 1
  • Green chillies – 2
  • Eggs – 4
  • Salt – 2tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1tsp
  • Coriander powder -1/2tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/2tsp
  • Oil- 2tbsp

For Paneer Butter Masala :

  • Paneer – 200gm
  • Onion -2
  • Tomato- 2
  • Cloves -2
  • Cinnamon -2
  • Cashews – 5 or 6
  • Elachi -2
  • Ginger – small piece
  • Kasuri methi – 1tbsp
  • Fresh Cream – 2tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1tbsp
  • Garlic – 6 or 7 cloves
  • Salt – 2tsp or based on your taste
  • Coriander powder- 1tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/2tsp
Preparation

Egg Fried Rice

  1. Add oil to heated pan
  2. Add chopped onion and green chillies, carrot
  3. Fry on medium flame till all are cooked
  4. Add eggs and scramble completely
  5. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and fry for 3 to 4mins
  6. Now add cooked rice and mix
  7. Egg fried rice is ready to serve

Paneer Butter Masala

  1. Add 2tbsp butter into a heated pan
  2. Add cubed onions, elachi, cinnamon, cloves and fry for a minute
  3. Add garlic cloves, ginger, cashews and fry for a minute
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are cooked perfectly
  5. Off the stove and let it cool completely to grind it
  6. Now add to mixi jar and grind to fine paste
  7. Add 3tbsp butter to a heated pan
  8. Add kashmiri red chilli powder and fry for a minute
  9. Add grounded paste and mix
  10. Cook till oil separates
  11. Now add salt, coriander powder and garam masala and mix
  12. Add little water and cook for 5mins
  13. Add cubed paneer and mix
  14. Add crushed kasuri methi , fresh cream and mix
  15. Finally restaurant style paneer butter masala is ready
