Homemade Paneer

                                      

In this article, I’ll share how to prepare homemade paneer. 

Learn how to make fresh paneer at home with only a few simple ingredients. This easy homemade paneer recipe creates the softest, most tender paneer cheese from scratch – with no preservatives or special additives needed.

Ingredients Required
  • Milk – 1 litre
  • Lemon – 1
Preparation
  1. Boil milk
  2. Squeeze lemon into milk so that milk curdles
  3. Now take a cloth and add curdled milk on cloth and squeeze to remove water
  4. Now clean paneer with normal water to remove lemon taste
  5. Now knead paneer for 5mins
  6. Get paneer to square shape and close with cloth and keep some heavy weight on it and leave for 2hrs
  7. 2hrs later open cloth and cut paneer into cubes
  8. Homemade paneer is ready
