Bellam Kudumulu also called Teepi Kudumulu is a traditional Andhra sweet dish prepared for Vinayaka Chavithi. Rice flour is the star player in this popular festive treat that is a favorite of Lord Ganesha. Rice flour, jaggery are cooked together to a gooey mixture that is kneaded before being shaped into flattened discs and steamed.

Ingredients Required
- Chanadal – 1/4cup
- Rice flour – 1 cup to required
- Jaggery – 1 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
Preparation
- Add chanadal into a bowl and soak for 20mins
- Add 1cup jaggery, 1/2 cup water into a pan and let jaggery dissolve completely
- Then add soaked chanadal and cook for 1min
- Add rice flour and cook till the consistency is ready to make balls
- Now make balls as undrallu and to the shape of kudumulu
- Now grease idly plates with ghee or oil and add all prepared balls and kudumulu
- Add 1 cup water into cooker and place idly plates and steam cook for 20mins in high heat
- 20mins later kudumulu and undrallu ready
- can be served as prasadam
