Ingredients Required
- Lemon – 1/2kg
- Salt- 125gms
- Raw Red chilli powder – 125gms
- Fenugreek seeds – 2tbsp
- Garlic – 1 full cloves
Preparation
- Clean lemon properly with water, dry them completely
- Now Cut lemon into 4 pieces
- Add salt and mix with lemon pieces
- Close lid and leave it for 4days
- 4th day remove all lemon seeds and add raw red chilli powder and mix
- Add 2tbsp fenugreek seeds to a heated pan and fry for 2min till colour changes
- Add fried fenugreek seeds and garlic cloves into mixi jar and grind to fine paste
- Add this paste to chutney and mix
- You can mix 2 or 3 lemons squeezed if you don’t have perfect sour taste
