In this recipe post, I’ll share how to prepare mariegold biscuit cake.

Ingredients Required
  • Mariegold biscuits 20 -25
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Oil or ghee – 1/4th cup
  • Cooking soda – a pinch
  • Tutti fruitti (optional)
Preparation
  1. Add 20 to 25 mariegold biscuits into mixi jar and grind to fine powder
  2. Add 1/2 cup sugar to a mixi jar and grind to powder
  3. Add grounded biscuits powder, sugar powder, a pinch of cooking soda into a mixing bowl
  4. Now keep adding milk and mix with whisk till u get silky consistency
  5. Add 1/4th cup ghee or oil and mix
  6. Now add some tutti fuitti (optional) and mix
  7. For baking grease a cake mould with ghee or oil and spread maida all over the mould
  8. Add beaten mixture into mould
  9. Preheat cooker with salt for 10mins by closing with lid
  10. 10mins later add the mould into cooker, close the lid and cook for 40 to 45mins
  11. 45mins later cake is ready to serve
