Ingredients Required
- Mariegold biscuits 20 -25
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Oil or ghee – 1/4th cup
- Cooking soda – a pinch
- Tutti fruitti (optional)
Preparation
- Add 20 to 25 mariegold biscuits into mixi jar and grind to fine powder
- Add 1/2 cup sugar to a mixi jar and grind to powder
- Add grounded biscuits powder, sugar powder, a pinch of cooking soda into a mixing bowl
- Now keep adding milk and mix with whisk till u get silky consistency
- Add 1/4th cup ghee or oil and mix
- Now add some tutti fuitti (optional) and mix
- For baking grease a cake mould with ghee or oil and spread maida all over the mould
- Add beaten mixture into mould
- Preheat cooker with salt for 10mins by closing with lid
- 10mins later add the mould into cooker, close the lid and cook for 40 to 45mins
- 45mins later cake is ready to serve
