Moongdal Laddu

                               

In this recipe post, I’ll share how to prepare moongdal laddu.

Ingredients Required
  • Moongdal – 1cup
  • Jaggery – 3/4th cup
  • Ghee – Required for preparing laddu
Preparation
  1. Add 1 cup moongdal to a heated pan and fry for 10 to 12mins till they are crisp
  2. Let it cool for sometime and grind to fine powder
  3. Now add jaggery and grind it along with moongdal powder
  4. Transfer it into a plate and add ghee and prepare laddus
  5. Moongdal laddu is ready to serve
