Paneer Butter Masala

 

Paneer Butter Masala - is the most loved veg recipe in India. It goes well with Chappathi, Roti, Naan, Puri and with Fried rice.

Paneer Butter Masala is one of India’s most popular paneer gravy recipe. With my easy, quick and delicious recipe you can prepare this restaurant style paneer butter masala recipe within minutes.

Ingredients Required
  • Paneer – 200gm
  • Onion -2
  • Tomato- 2
  • Cloves -2
  • Cinnamon -2
  • Cashews – 5 or 6
  • Elachi -2
  • Ginger – small piece
  • Kasuri methi – 1tbsp
  • Fresh Cream – 2tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1tbsp
  • Garlic – 6 or 7 cloves
  • Salt – 2tsp or based on your taste
  • Coriander powder- 1tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/2tsp
Preparation
  1. Add 2tbsp butter into a heated pan
  2. Add cubed onions, elachi, cinnamon, cloves and fry for a minute
  3. Add garlic cloves, ginger, cashews and fry for a minute
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are cooked perfectly
  5. Off the stove and let it cool completely to grind it
  6. Now add to mixi jar and grind to fine paste
  7. Add 3tbsp butter to a heated pan
  8. Add kashmiri red chilli powder and fry for a minute
  9. Add grounded paste and mix
  10. Cook till oil separates
  11. Now add salt, coriander powder and garam masala and mix
  12. Add little water and cook for 5mins
  13. Add cubed paneer and mix
  14. Add crushed kasuri methi , fresh cream and mix
  15. Finally restaurant style paneer butter masala is ready
