Paneer Fried Rice

                                      

In this article, I’ll share how to prepare paneer fried rice easy way. 

It is an easy and simple stir fried rice recipe made with paneer cubes and choice of veggies. It is an ideal one pot meal rice recipe for lunch box or even for dinner. 

There are many innovative recipes which are made with either with rice, vegetables or meat or combination of these. One such version of stir fry recipe is paneer fried rice recipe where paneer is added as the protein source.

Ingredients Required
  • Paneer – 250gms
  • Ghee – 2tsp
  • Oil – 2tsp
  • Onion – 1
  • Green chillies – 1
  • Carrot – 1
  • Salt – 2tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1/2tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2tsp
  • Soya sauce – 1tbsp
  • Vinegar – 1tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1/2tsp
Preparation
  1. Add ghee to heated pan
  2. Add cubed paneer and fry till colour changes in medium heat
  3. Add salt, red chilli powder, 1/4tsppepper powder and fry along with paneer for 2mins
  4. Keep paneer aside
  5. To the same pan add oil to heated pan
  6. Add chopped onion, mirchi, carrot and fry in medium heat
  7. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2mins
  8. Now add boiled rice and mix all together
  9. Add 1/4tsp pepper powder, salt, red chilli powder and mix
  10. Add fried paneer pieces and mix
  11. Add soya sauce and vinegar and mix
  12. Finally paneer fried rice is ready to serve
