In this article, I’ll share how to prepare ravva barfi.
Delicious sooji burfi which is not only easy to make but taste amazing too. This burfi needs just few ingredients and is one of the easiest sweet. No fail recipe.
Ingredients Required
- Bombat ravva (Sooji) – 1cup
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Ghee – 2tbsp
- Milk – 1 n 1/2 cup
Preparation
- Add ghee to heated pan
- Add sooji and fry for 3 to 4min in low heat and keep aside
- Add milk into a pan and boil
- Add fried ravva into milk and mix
- Add sugar and mix,cook till water evaporates completely and separates from pan in low heat
- Now apply ghee to a plate and transfer cooked ravva and decorate with dry fruits
- Cut into pieces of any shape of your choice
