In this article, I’ll share how to prepare sooji/ravva laddu.
It is a simple indian sweet recipe that can be prepared within minutes and with simple available ingredients in our kitchen. the basic ingredients involved in this recipe is sugar, rava / semolina and milk. It is an ideal sweet for diwali celebrations or for any festivals and occasions.
This sweet can be prepared in many ways. This is my way of preparing laddu very easily that everyone can make. Lets get into the process. I am sharing my Youtube video here so it would be easy for you to follow.
Ingredients Required
- Bombay ravva(sooji)- 1cup
- Milk – 1/2 cup or required to prepare laddus while mixing
- Dry fruits- cashews, kismis
- Ghee- 2tbsp
- Sugar – 3/4cup
Preparation
- Add ghee to heated pan, fry dry fruits and keep aside
- Add 1/2 tsp ghee ,add ravva and fry for 3 to 4min
- Add sugar and mix for 2min
- Turn off the stove and let cool for sometime
- Now add fried dry fruits and mix
- Keep adding milk into ravva and prepare laddus
- Ravva laddu is ready to serve
