In this article, I’ll share how to prepare instant rice flour breakfast recipe.
This instant rice flour and sooji breakfast recipe is a healthy and quick breakfast recipe. This recipe is prepared by mixing rice flour , sooji with few spices and water.
This can be served with spicy coconut chutney, or any nilava pachadi(pickles). Since there is no fermentation involved this recipe makes a quick and healthy breakfast dish. So lets get started.

Ingredients Required
- Rice flour – 1cup
- Bombay ravva (sooji) – 1/4th cup
- Salt – 1/2tsp
- Cooking soda – 1/4tsp
- Curd – 1/4cup
- Onion – 1
- Green chillies – 2
- Carrot – 1 grated
- Coriander leaves
- Cumin seeds – 1tbsp
Preparation
- Add rice flour, sooji, salt, cooking soda into a mixing bowl and mix all together
- Add curd and mix
- Keep adding water and mix to get loose consistency
- Close lid and rest for 5mins
- 5mins later add chopped onion, mirchi, grated carrot, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and mix all together
- Add oil to dosa pan, add spread batter on the pan like dosa
- Fry both sides and breakfast is ready to serve with any pickle
