Rice Flour Instant Breakfast Recipe


In this article, I’ll share how to prepare instant rice flour breakfast recipe.

This instant rice flour and sooji breakfast recipe is a healthy and quick breakfast recipe. This recipe is prepared by mixing rice flour , sooji with few spices and water.

This can be served with spicy coconut chutney, or any nilava pachadi(pickles). Since there is no fermentation involved this recipe makes a quick and healthy breakfast dish. So lets get started.

Ingredients Required
  • Rice flour – 1cup
  • Bombay ravva (sooji) – 1/4th cup
  • Salt – 1/2tsp
  • Cooking soda – 1/4tsp
  • Curd – 1/4cup
  • Onion – 1
  • Green chillies – 2
  • Carrot – 1 grated
  • Coriander leaves
  • Cumin seeds – 1tbsp
Preparation
  1. Add rice flour, sooji, salt, cooking soda into a mixing bowl and mix all together
  2. Add curd and mix
  3. Keep adding water and mix to get loose consistency
  4. Close lid and rest for 5mins
  5. 5mins later add chopped onion, mirchi, grated carrot, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and mix all together
  6. Add oil to dosa pan, add spread batter on the pan like dosa
  7. Fry both sides and breakfast is ready to serve with any pickle
