Egg Masala curry, a very flavorful curry recipe. The egg curry is a versatile dish that can be eaten for lunch and dinner and is great comfort food and perfect protein dish to add to your everyday meal.
We can make many Egg Recipes, which are very easy to prepare as well.

Ingredients Required
- Eggs - 4
- Oil- 3tbsp
- Red chillies - 2
- Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
- Curry leaves
- Onion- 2
- Mirchi- 2
- Tomato - 2
- Salt - 2tsp
- Turmeric- 1/2tsp
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Jeera powder - 1/2tsp
- Garam masala - 1tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2tsp
- Curd - 2tbsp
Preparation
- Boil 4 eggs and peel off the shells.
- Add 2tsp oil into a pan.
- Add little sale, red chilli powder and fry for a minute.
- Add boiled eggs and fry for 3 to 4mins.
- Keep them aside.
- If required add more oil for curry.
- Add red chillies, cumin seeds for tampering and fry.
- Add curry leaves and fry
- Add chopped onion and mirchi and fry till onion changes colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Add chopped tomato and let it cook completely. In place of chopped tomatoes you can use tomato puree.
- Then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, jeera powder, Garam masala and fry for 2 to 3mins
- Now add curd and mix. By adding curd it enhances taste.
- Add 1/2 cup water and cook till water is heated.
- When water starts bubbles, add fried eggs and let cook for 2 to 3mins.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
