Generally brinjal is mixed with sorrel leaves that is Gongura in telugu. But today in this post i'm sharing brinjal curry with sorrel leaves(chukkakoora in telugu). It is very good for health.
All leafy vegetables are good, but this has more benefits and is cooked easily than any other leafy vegetables. And it tastes good when mixed with any vegetables. I also made a curry with this sorrel leaves mixed with bottle gourd and taste is awesome.
Not only with vegetables, it tastes great with chicken too. I made a recipe Chukka Koora Chicken. It also tastes good. These sorrel leaves, we can use individually and also mix with other veggies also.
