Ingredients Required
- Tomato - 3
- Rice Flour - 1 cup
- Besan - 1cup
- Salt - 2tsp
- Cumin seeds - 2tsp
- Oil for deep fry
Preparation
- Cook tomatoes till tomatoes skin is removed easily.
- Now let them cool for sometime.
- Peel off the skin for tomatoes and add them into mixi jar and grind to fine paste.
- Transfer paste into a mixing bowl, add rice flour, besan, salt, cumin seeds and mix like soft dough.
- Now grease murukku maker with oil and add some part of dough into it.
- Now drop into hot oil, no need of shape.
- Fry till colour changes in low heat.
- Tomato murukku is ready to serve
