Nalla Karam means Black chilli powder literally translating to english. This is mostly common in every home of andhra. Many powders are avalilable in Indian kitchen like

Ingredients Required
- Red chillies - 15 to 20
- Coriander seeds - 4tbsp
- Curry leaves - Handful
- Garlic - 1 medium size
- Cumin seeds - 1tsp
- Salt - 1 1/2tsp
- Oil - 2tsp
- Add oil into heated pan
- Add red chillies and saute for 2mins.
- Then add coriander leaves and fry for 3 to 4 mins
- Now add curry leaves and fry till leaves turn crisp
- Turn off the stove and let it cool for sometime
- Then add garlic cloves, cumin seeds, salt into mixi jar along with fried red chillies, coriander seeds, curry leaves.
- Do not grind in continuous mode, stop inbetween and grind into fine powder.
- Nalla Karam is ready to serve.
- It can be stored for a month.
