Ingredients Required
- Red chillies - 15 to 20
- Peanuts - 1/2cup
- Garlic - 1 medium size
- Cumin seeds - 1tsp
- Salt - 1 1/2tsp
- Oil - 2tsp
- Add oil into heated pan
- Add red chillies and saute for 2mins.
- Then add peanuts and fry for 5 to 6 mins
- Turn off the stove and let it cool for sometime
- Then add garlic cloves, cumin seeds, salt into mixi jar along with fried red chillies, peanuts.
- Do not grind in continuous mode, stop inbetween and grind into fine powder.
- peanut chilli powder is ready to serve.
- It can be stored for a month.
