Aloo Snack/Potato Snack - Many easy snacks can be made with aloo. This is also one of easiest snack that can be made just in 10mins.
This instant snack can be made with very less ingredients and tastes good.
I made with 4 potatoes, rice flour, corn flour. Corn flour is optional. Completely Rice flour can be used. I used red chilli flakes to make this instant snack recipe. If you have readily available you can use them or else replace with red chilli powder.

Ingredients Required
- Potatoes - 4
- Rice flour - 3tbsp
- Corn flour - 2tbsp
- Salt - 2tsp
- Pepper powder - 1tbsp
- Red chilli flakes/Red chilli powder - 1tsp
- Oil - required for deep fry
Preparation
1. Boil potatoes.
2. Peel off the layer for potatoes.
3. Grate them. Or you can mash them.
4. Add salt, pepper powder, red chilli flakes, rice flour, corn flour and mix all together.
5. Dough consistency should be as shown below.
6. Apply oil on any flat surface like vegetable cutter, apply oil on your hands and roll dough cylindrical.
7. Cut into desired size. Mostly small size is preferable.
8. Shape them by pressing both sides with fingers as shown below.
9. Press with fork for some design. This step is optional.
10. Prepare all with the dough, then we can deep fry them all at a time.
11. Add into hot oil and deep fry them till colour changes.
