Dosa - Dosa is the best south Indian breakfast which can be made easily if you have dosa batter ready. For that we need to soak, grind, ferment, then we can make dosa.
But for this dosa we don't need any soaking, grinding etc. This dosa can be made instantly with rice flour. And we don't need any curd too.
This instant dosa is made with rice flour and some veggies like chopped onion, grated carrot, green chillies. Just mix the batter and pour dosa. This dosa can be served with Chanadal Coconut Chutney or any red pickles.

Ingredients Required
- Rice Flour - 1cup
- Onion - 1 1/2 chopped
- Carrot - 1grated
- Green chillies - 3 chopped
- Salt - 2tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Water - 3 to 4cups
- Oil - 2tsp
Preparation
1. Add rice flour and into a bowl.
2. Add chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves.
3. Add 2cups or more water required based on the consistency.
5. Apply oil on dosa pan.
6. Spread dosa as shown below.
7. Let it fry both sides. This dosas should be very thin then they will fry properly.
